Replacing the battery on a Lamborghini Sian
The correct fitment for your Lamborghini Sian, on the van and fitted where you are. Free test, fitted price on the phone, up to 24 months warranty.
Terminals on this model corrode faster than most in Dubai Sports City humidity, so we clean and grease them as part of the fit.

How to Make a Lamborghini Sian Battery Last Longer
None of this is expensive. All of it buys months in a climate that takes them.
- 01
Park in shade whenever you can
Under-bonnet temperature is the single biggest factor in battery life in Dubai Sports City. Covered parking is worth about six months.
- 02
Take one long drive a week
Thirty minutes of continuous running puts back what a week of short hops takes out.
- 03
Keep the terminals clean and tight
Wire-brush the powder off, refit, and smear a little petroleum jelly on the posts. Two minutes, once a year.
- 04
Kill the parasitic drain
Have trackers and dash cams wired to a switched feed or a proper cut-off, not permanently live.
- 05
Use a maintainer if the car sits
Travelling for weeks? A trickle charger or a disconnected negative terminal saves the battery and the trip home from the airport.
- 06
Switch everything off before you switch off
Headlights, AC blower and heated seats draw hard the moment you restart. Turn them down first.
- 07
Get it tested twice a year
A ninety-second conductance test tells you whether you have a summer left. Ours is free, wherever you are parked.
- 08
Fix the charging fault, not the symptom
A battery that keeps dying is usually telling you about the alternator or an earth strap.
Two minutes, no tools
Is Your Lamborghini Sian Battery Dead? Check It in Two Minutes
You can narrow it down from the driver's seat before anyone opens the bonnet. Work down the list - the first answer that fits is usually the right one.
- 01
Turn the key. What do you hear?
Rapid clicking means the battery has voltage but no current to spare. One click means less than that. Silence with a dark dash means flat, a blown main fuse, or a bad earth.
- 02
Do the dash lights come on at full brightness?
Bright dash, no crank points at the starter. Dim or flickering dash that dies when you turn the key points at the battery.
- 03
Do the headlights hold up while cranking?
Headlights that collapse to a dull orange under crank are the clearest free test there is. That is a battery at the end of its life.
- 04
Does it start off a jump and then die when disconnected?
That is a charging fault, not a battery fault - the alternator is not putting anything back.
- 05
What does a voltmeter say?
12.6V rested is healthy. 12.2V is half charged. Below 12.0V will not start a hot engine, and below 10.5V under crank means replace it.
- 12.6V
- Healthy, fully rested
- 12.2V
- Half charged
- 12.0V
- Will not start a hot engine
- 10.5V
- Under crank: replace it
Our van carries a conductance tester. It reads state of health, state of charge and cold cranking amps in about ninety seconds, and we show you the printout before you decide anything.

Lamborghini Sian: AGM, EFB or Standard?
Three chemistries, three jobs. The right one is the one your car was designed around - fitting down a level to save money costs more inside two years.
Standard (flooded)
- Best for
- Older cars with no start-stop and no heavy electronics
- Life
- 2-3 years in Dubai Sports City
- Start cycles
- ~30,000 engine starts
- Lowest price
- Available in every size
- Simple to test and charge
- Least heat tolerance
- Can vent in a hot engine bay
- Not for start-stop
EFB (enhanced flooded)
- Best for
- Entry start-stop cars and heavy short-trip use
- Life
- 3-4 years in Dubai Sports City
- Start cycles
- ~85,000 engine starts
- Double the cycle life of standard
- Handles start-stop restarts
- Recovers better from deep discharge
- Not a substitute for AGM
- Costs more than standard
- Fewer sizes stocked
AGM (absorbent glass mat)
- Best for
- Start-stop with regenerative braking, German cars, big electrical loads
- Life
- 4-5 years in Dubai Sports City
- Start cycles
- ~150,000 engine starts
- Sealed and spill-proof
- Best heat and vibration tolerance
- Highest cranking current
- Highest price
- Needs a compatible charging profile
- Must be registered to the car on many models
Fitting a standard battery to a start-stop car is the most expensive saving in the trade. The charging system overcharges it, and it is usually dead inside a year.
Getting the fitment right
Which Battery Does a Lamborghini Sian Need?
Four numbers decide it. Get them right and the battery drops in, clamps down and charges the way the manufacturer intended.
- 1
Case sizeDIN, JIS or BCI
The physical box - length, width, height and where the hold-down clamp bites. A DIN 74 will not sit in a JIS NS70 tray.
- 2
Terminal layoutPositive left or right
Reversed posts mean the cables will not reach. This is the single most common wrong-battery mistake.
- 3
CapacityAh
How long it can run the car's electronics with the engine off. Match or exceed the original - never go below it.
- 4
Cold crankingCCA
How hard it can turn the engine. In Dubai Sports City the number matters for margin, not for cold: heat robs cranking power too.
- 5
TechnologyAGM, EFB or standard
Set by the car, not by budget. A start-stop car needs what it was built for.

Before you risk the drive
Driving a Lamborghini Sian on a Weak Battery
You can, briefly, and it is usually a bad idea. Here is what actually happens when you keep driving on one.
The car may not restart
A weak battery will often run the engine but not start it again. Every stop becomes a gamble.
You load the alternator
The alternator tries to fill a battery that will not hold charge. Alternators cost several times what a battery does.
Safety systems drop out
Low voltage makes ABS, traction control, power steering assist and airbag modules throw faults and disable themselves.
Stalling in traffic
On some cars the engine cuts when the battery can no longer support the ignition load. That is a stall in a live lane.
Faults get written to memory
Undervoltage codes across a dozen modules, which then need clearing - a bill that would not have existed.
If it started this morning and you are minutes from home, drive straight there with the AC and the stereo off. Do not park anywhere you cannot be reached. Then call us: +971 54 309 2254, 24/7, every day.+971 54 309 2254
Read the symptoms
Signs Your Lamborghini Sian Needs a New Battery
Most batteries warn you for a week or two before they strand you. These are the signals, ordered by how close you are to a no-start.
Act now
The engine cranks slowly
That laboured wur-wur-wur on a warm morning is the battery failing to hold cranking voltage. Expect a no-start within days.
It only starts on the second try
The first attempt pulls the voltage down; the second borrows what is left. There is no third.
A click, then nothing
One sharp click from the starter solenoid with no crank is the classic flat-battery signature in Dubai Sports City.
Days away
Headlights dim at idle
Lights that brighten when you rev are telling you the battery is not carrying its share of the load.
The battery light stays on
The dash lamp watches the charging circuit, not the battery. On means the alternator, the belt or the battery has stopped playing its part.
Electronics reset themselves
Clock, radio presets and window one-touch resetting after a night parked means the voltage is dropping below the modules' floor.
Keep an eye on it
The case looks swollen
A bulging or split case is heat damage. Stop driving on it - a swollen battery can vent acid.
It is over three years old
Three years is a full life in Dubai Sports City heat. Past that, every hot month is borrowed time.

Straight answers
Car Battery Replacement FAQs
The questions we are asked on the phone every day, answered the way we answer them there.
How long does a car battery replacement take?
About twenty minutes from the moment we park. Testing is a couple of minutes, the swap itself is ten to fifteen, and registering the battery on a start-stop car adds five.
How fast can you reach me in Dubai Sports City?
Typically 25 minutes, 24/7, every day. Peak traffic and basement car parks add a little; we give you a real time on the call, not a marketing one.
Do you charge if I decide not to buy?
No. Testing the battery and the charging system is free whether or not it ends in a sale.
What warranty do I get?
Up to 24 months on the battery itself, logged against your plate. If it fails inside the term we come back out and replace it - the warranty covers the visit too.
Do you replace batteries at night?
Yes. We run 24/7, every day, and roughly a third of our calls are between 10pm and 6am.
Can you do it in an underground car park?
Yes. Give us the building, the level and the bay. Our vans are height-cleared for standard basements and we bring the stock down by trolley when they are not.
Will I lose my radio code or my settings?
No. We hold power to the car with a memory saver while the battery is out, so the ECU, radio, clock and window calibration all survive the swap.
Do you take the old battery away?
Always, and its scrap value comes off your bill. It goes to a licensed recycler with a transfer note.
Do you fit AGM and start-stop batteries?
Yes, and we register them to the car where the model requires it. Fitting a standard battery to a start-stop car is the fastest way to kill both the battery and the start-stop function.
Which car brands do you cover?
All of them. The vans carry DIN, JIS and BCI fitments, which between them cover Japanese, Korean, German, American, Chinese and British cars.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes - Tabby and Tamara split the total into four payments at no extra cost, alongside card, cash and Apple Pay.
